A Christian music festival followed on the heels of SXSW Saturday.
The Christ Unites Young Adult Music Festival aims to bring together young Christian adults.
This year's festival featured four bands and two solo artists, and they performed throughout the evening at the Austin City Hall Plaza.
"More than anything this is a response to the fact that Austin is the live music capital of the world and there's so few places to find Christian music other than in each independent and individual church," festival director Michael Raia said.
This is the second year for the event.
It's sponsored by local Christian organizations, including Shoreline Christian Center.
